I requested a wheelchair accessible room. The room I received was barely called accessible. The bathroom was ok, but the sink was too high to easily use, and the mirror was also placed too high as all I could see in it was the top half of my face. The sleeping area was too crowded. The chair that was at the desk had to be moved in order for the wheelchair to fit through to get to the bed. The bed was a good 5 inches above the seat of the wheelchair. If I had been staying alone there would have been no way for me to get onto the bed. This hotel is not wheelchair friendly.

It was in very poor condition. Also our sheets had hair in them. The sheets had burn holes in them and a stain. The pillow cases were gray. Breakfast had a juice machine with no juice. No amenities either. The reason given was there vendor didn't deliver any.

We were greeted by two women in the parking lot who had their money returned to them after entering a filthy elevator and a key that didn’t work to their apartment. They went off looking for vacancy in another hotel. Because we had pre-paid for this room in Toronto Canada, we gambled. The fire alarm had been pulled off the wall and was missing, we couldn’t stay in the washroom for too long because the fan was screaming at us. We didn’t bother taking a shower because it was so loud. Our greeter at the front desk was polite, non-apologetic and the last person you would want to greet visitors. She was nice but distant, a little flaky sorry about that. I will be returning this way from Florida at the end of April. I will not stay there. We were fortunate to stay on the first floor, oh also the door lock mechanism is been torn off the wall. We did inspect the elevator the two ladies complained about, and there was an accumulation of mud and dirt, dust filth in the corners. Clearly the owner of this hotel has never visited it or like his employee just takes it day by day.

This hotel should not be in operation.
Had to change rooms 5 different times before we found something tolerable. Nonfunctioning heating unit, lights not working or missing bulbs, missing smoke alarms, rotting food left behind in the microwave, fungus in a fridge left wide open, fire extinguisher missing in lobby, giant bugs all over the room, dirty worn clothes and underwear hanging in the washroom, hair in the tub and all over the floors, safety latches were broken on several room doors.. this was a nightmare and a safety hazard.

Very dirty hallways and carpet
Very strong chemical smell. Lingering and unpleasant. Difficult to open room door and pretty hard to lock the door. Shower was very leaky. The person at front desk was not concerned about the smell in the room and did not offer any solution. She said that hotel was full and there were only a few cars parked in the hotel parking. Very disappointing for a super 8 hotel. We expected much better.

Young lady doing check in used exactly 8 words. Found a roach in the room. Interior security lock on room was broken. Breakfast room trash was overflowing next to the food.

My room was completely disgusting and looked like it had not been cleaned properly (let alone up to current COVID standards) in a long time. There was someone's pen on the hair dryer & a used washcloth on the bathroom door. Bathroom door knob was completely broke & I could not close the bathroom door. Hair dryer didn't work. Definitely will not be staying here again & I come to the area every year for a long weekend.

Dated and dirty - would not stay here again.
DIRTY and DATED motel, and definitely not well maintained. Dirt was everywhere, and the hallways smelled of animal urine. Our room had no smoke alarm, urine stains on the bedspread, missing electrical outlet covers, a broken TV, mold growing on the floor - and cockroach's on the walls. The towels had many stains and we didn't feel comfortable using them. It appears as though the main focus of the hotel was for workers as there were many service trucks in the parking lot - including one who was doing body work and painting his truck when we arrived. I would not stay here again... Front desk staff didn't seem to understand requests, and when I heard others ask for another room due to broken sinks they were told the hotel was full. For $200 a night after taxes, I would have been better off renting a van and sleeping in the parking lot!! An embarrassment to the Wyndham name.

Missing outlet cover.
Mold / animal hair on the floor.

It took forever to check in. I just needed a place to stay for the night because as a nurse i work late hours and i closed on my house in the morning.at this location. But, i will never return to this place again. I would've felt more secure sleeping in my car

Stay away!
Room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Cob webs on the ceiling. Smoke detector was missing. Sink was filthy and drain very slow. Hot water took forever.

It was quiet and seemed safe, but a bit run down. Took quite awhile for the water to heat up in the sink and shower, otherwise everything worked fine

We didn’t like the conjoining rooms. We could hear everything that was going on in our neighbor’s room. It was awful.
