“As we checked in he said they only cleaned the rooms every other day, but if we wanted we could have them clean no charge. We said that we did want it cleaned and the beds made. I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. When we got back to our room the next day, someone had put a no service on our door, no one had made the beds or cleaned the room. When I called the front desk, he said all he could do was have someone...

“The staff.....set up service sabotage, taunted me...and accused me of being agressive and violent. I was HAPPY THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE. I WENT AND STAYED AT WYNDHAM. AND DOUBLETREE. AND HAD ZERO PROBLEMS...to.cOREY bYRNE ( HYATT MANAGER AT SOUTH SIDE)”

“There is an active railway just down the hotel. I can not sleet at all. There were several long trains passing by from 10pm-8pm. ”

“We had a great stay here. The place is kept clean with a friendly desk staff and the room was clean and with good space for a suite. The breakfast was a nice perk and the lobby is with lots of space to relax after checkout and waiting until we left for the airport ”

“Staying in a mansion is a special experience that I enjoyed. Plus the location is really close to CMU if you have a kid attending the school. The king bed was really comfortable and the full size sofa bed was one of the better ones I ever had. Air Conditioning worked wonder. Hot water was strong. Please note there was no refrigerator in the room. Parking was a little tricky but we were always able to find a space. All the staff were attentive and courteous. Thanks!”
