Summary:
Wake up in the trees! Perched on top of a hill, you feel that you are in a forest in this newly remodeled 2 bedroom condo. The perfect place to stay on your way to Tahoe or to enjoy all the outdoor activities our area has to offer with your family. Placerville also offers a small town charm with local shops, Apple Hill- fruit & vegetable farms, orchards, wineries, golf courses and tons of local hiking trails and outdoor adventures.

Please note, there are stairs inside and outside the condo.

The Space:

⧫ Very close to great bike and hiking trails within walking distance

Getting Around:
Several wineries are minutes away. Bring the kids to Apple Hill just 3 miles up the road. Year round family friendly activities at local farms and orchards. This is also a great stop on your way to the slopes in Tahoe. There are amazing hiking and biking trails in the area.

**Please note all stays over 30 days require a monthly cleaning, paid by the guest at our current standard cleaning rate. Guest will be contacted in order to make payment and coordinate scheduling at at time when the property is vacant so that our cleaning staff can have the best use of their time and prepare the property for the guest return.

It is only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Lake Tahoe and has nearby shops such as Safeway and Target. The house is undoubtedly fabulous and comfortable, you feel like in your own home! I will definitely stay there again, an amazing place!!!

This property fit our needs. A couple of things that didn't meet high standards - the creamer for the coffee needs to be pitched. Also, the link to information about the heating/cooling system didn't work. We had to find another site. It was nice to have shampoo, hand soap, etc. in the bathrooms but they weren't high quality.

We had a great stay. There were two adults and one small child in our group. The accommodations were clean, they had everything we needed and we were just down the road from all the apple hill locations.

I just had my first grandbaby born, and myself and my mom flew from AZ to see him! We stayed at this condo. It is decorated beautifully, and very clean! The stairs going down to the bedrooms were steep. I do not recommend older people staying here if you have a hard time with stairs, (there are hand rails). However, I will try to book this condo every time I come to Placerville! The views out the windows are so nice!
