Un po 'di sabbia tra le dita dei piedi SEMPRE Togliti i tuoi guai! Corriamo sul tempo dell'isola!
Il nostro appartamento è alto tre piani. Il piano terra è un garage per il golf cart elettrico, griglia a carbone, con sedie a sdraio e ombrellone. C'è un armadio per il vostro uso nel garage. Il secondo piano (soggiorno principale), è composto da soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina e camera matrimoniale con letto king size e bagno. Proiettato in veranda con vista sul laghetto con fontana. Il soggiorno è dotato di un TV LED HD da 52 "con DVR con Dish Network e lettore DVD e DVD. La cucina è completa di forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, caffettiera, frullatore e, naturalmente, tutto il necessario per cucinare e servire! Porta il tuo cibo! Camera da letto principale con letto king size nuovo di zecca con TV LED HD da 42 "con lettore DVD. Il portico schermato ha un tavolo rotondo con quattro sedie insieme a una lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro e asse da stiro di dimensioni standard. Il terzo piano è un soppalco che ha due letti queen size con una TV LED da 32 "con un lettore DVD / VCR combinato e il suo bagno completo.
Abbiamo acquistato il 26 novembre 2018. Siamo volati in Florida due settimane dopo per iniziare con gli aggiornamenti.
Per prima cosa, abbiamo sostituito le porte della lavanderia, quindi abbiamo acquistato un bagno nuovo di zecca e degli asciugamani insieme a dei panni per lavare entrambi i bagni. Successivamente, ci siamo divertiti a sostituire i piatti, i prodotti da forno, gli articoli per cucinare, insieme a nuovi strofinacci, strofinacci e presine. Anche la caffettiera è stata sostituita. Nuova vernice in cucina.
Poi venne la camera da letto principale. Abbiamo sostituito il materasso king size e le molle a scatola insieme alla nuova biancheria. Nuova biancheria da letto al piano superiore anche per i due materassi queen size! I mobili del soggiorno sono stati aggiornati. È bellissimo! Rimozione del vecchio e dentro con il nuovo era un po 'impegnativo essere su un'isola. Abbiamo dovuto noleggiare il traghetto due volte in più per portare nuovi mobili e materassi e poi esporre il vecchio. Tagliati! Parla di molto lavoro ma ne vale la pena! Mentre ti avvicini all'unità, troverai anche due sedie di vimini che ho iniziato a restaurare e dipingere. Nuovi cuscini e cuscini da abbinare! Abbiamo anche dipinto la cucina e ritoccato la vernice nella camera da letto principale. Abbiamo messo un sacco di amore e tempo in aggiornamenti e attendo con ansia un nuovo look per il portico proiettato in questo prossimo aprile. Quindi per favore goditi il nostro piccolo angolo di paradiso! Miriamo a soddisfare e spero che ti piaccia il nostro piccolo nido!

As noted in the property description, Kim is still making updates to the condo. That said, the home was very comfy and had everything we expected when we arrived. The use of the golf cart was a huge plus and the home is decorated beautifully. Thanks for being a great host, Kim!

The. condo was perfect!!! Clean, cozy and functional. It had everything we needed for our week on the island. From stuff for cooking to beach chairs, and body boards for my kids. We especially loved the golf cart to explore the island and haul the chairs to the beach. Kimberly was great to work with. She answered our questions and fulfilled our needs in a timely manner. Look forward to booking again for next year.

Our spring break getaway was a truly relaxing time. The condo was well-quipped, neat, and clean. We had been to Little Gasparilla Island before, but we had never stayed in this condo. We were impressed with the amenities, location, and quiet atmosphere. The owner, Kimberly, was great to work with and she made sure we had all the important information we needed before arrival. We are looking forward to booking our next trip soon!

We loved our week at Little Gasparilla Island! Very quiet and miles of beach to walk and the sunsets were spectacular! The free ferry service was awesome when we wanted to go out for dinner or grab some groceries. Kim's condo was great and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again.

I found this listing just by chance and I'm so glad I did. The condo was wonderful! It was the perfect size for my family & fit us perfectly and was very comfortable. Our daughters (19 & 17) had the upstairs to themselves, with their own full-size bed for each of them and bathroom. Our room (Master Bedroom) was comfortable with a king-size bed, and the mattress was very comfortable (forgot to look at the brand before we left for future purchase). Condo was very nice and clean!! Having the golfcart to drive to the beach, or around to explore the island or to the 'golfcart parking lot' when we were going to the mainland, was great!! We did have a VERY SMALL issue when we first got there with the code for the parking lot, but that was it. I texted the owner and she called me to make sure it was handled and to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. I want to keep this perfect little island and condo a secret, because we are planning on coming back and want it to be available. :o) If you are wanting to get away for a relaxing and quiet week, this is the place!! No cars, not 'touristy', just PERFECT! The beach was so quiet and nice. There were people on the beach when we were there, but it wasn't crazy busy like it is in the more tourist towns. My only suggestion to future visitors is get some groceries that will hold you over for the first night & next morning/day, then just get what you need as the week goes on when you go onto the mainland. Publix is just down the road on the mainland and Walmart is about a 15 minute drive. (OH!! Make sure to take some tote bags to haul your groceries back in...it will save you.) ENJOY!!!! You won't regret it!!

This was our first trip to LGI and I can assure you it will not be our last. The laid back island atmosphere made for the perfect vacation - when the only “time sensitive” thing on your agenda is to make sure you’re on the beach to watch the sunset, you know you will return relaxed and refreshed. Kimberly was delightful to work with, we had a couple hiccups during our stay but nothing that dampened our week and she was always available when needed. The beds were super comfy, kitchen fully stocked, boogie board and toys for the kids. We are already counting down the days until we can return to this little piece of paradise.

Condo was perfect and had everything we needed. We enjoyed every minute of our trip. Ferry ride was fun for the kids and beach was ideal. Spent many late afternoons in the pool which was a fun way to transition from the beach. We will be back!

We had a tremendous time on the island and the space was perfect for us! Unfortunately, there was a mix up with scheduling so property wasn't cleaned before we arrived; however, Kim was extremely responsive and graciously credited our cleaning fee. Outside of that small hiccup, the space was beautiful and extremely well-cared for! We would definitely stay again!

Hideaway Condos are on the older side but kept up very well. The residences and renters we encountered were very social and and welcoming...a huge plus. We encountered a problem when the upper bathroom toilet leaked through the bottom bathroom the second day but was quickly fixed within 4-5 hours and communication with owner and maintenance was great. Golf cart with rental was great and a big plus for us. Few things need to be updated but owner seems to be working on it . We had a great time, enjoyed Hideaway complex, and our stay was uneventful in a good way from that point in. We enjoy Little Gasparilla and what it offers.

Full disclosure....we cancelled our trip due to the covid-19 issue. We have been to LGI in the past, love it. That said, rating the actual condo condition was simply a way to get to the review portion. For what it's worth, while we did not actually stay in the condo...the pics were far more clean and classy looking than the last condo we stayed in at Hideaway Bay. What I really desired to say in this review was the fantastic communication we had with the owner of this condo. Keep in mind, property owners were/are facing the same fall out from the pandemic as we are as vacationers. While we see our vacation crumbling, the property owner are dealing with large swaths of revenue disappearing, multiple weeks/months disappearing in a manner of a few days. I tried to take this into consideration when communicating with the owner. We cancelled literally at the last minute, not ideal for anyone. We found a win-win situation for us both in a time that was unprecedented. We WILL re-book ASAP as soon as we can get more direction from state and local governments on travel restrictions and can get an accurate idea of what will happen with Fall school and sports schedules. Unprecedented times and this owner was as gracious and understanding as possible which allowed for us to find a win-win for all involved.

We had a lovely time at this condo! It was very clean and well equipped. Kimberly was very responsive and very kind when we had to unexpectedly leave early. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Last year we stayed for a week, and it was not enough. This year we stayed for two weeks and still didn't want to leave. Little Gasparilla Island is the perfect place for those who enjoy unhurried access to a beautiful uncrowded beach and excellent fishing close by. It is really a gem and I am glad we found it. The condo is well maintained, well supplied, and everything is in good working order.

It was great! This property has everything you need and the golf cart makes it easy to get around and explore. Very few people on the beach and everybody was friendly we did see. Just make sure and bring some off for the mosquitos. I would go back in a heartbeat. I would recommend walking down to the point ,it is awesome.
