“The hotel was too far from Montego Bay, a vehicle suppose to pick you up from the airport and it wasn’t one, A vehicle supposed to take you to the airport from the hotel and it wasn’t one. So please be careful booking this hotel.”

“Still very new so there wasn’t a lot of stuff and we were the only people on the property so the service wasn’t the best in terms of quality. The property was clean but maybe a little unkept because of the lack of traction/traffic. Felt safe ”

“Everything was great overall! My husband and I were able to truly relax and disconnect for our week away. However, we felt the food wasn't the best we've ever had (which was also the same feeling from other guests) and at times, things would run out and not be replaced at the buffet. Another disappointing thing was half of the resort was closed due to construction, which we were not made aware of until we arrived.
