“The staff was very friendly. We spoke to both the assistant manager and general manager and they were very friendly, approachable and was willing to help us with anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who appreciates great service and a nice stay.”

“We have stayed at this location (Plaqeumine, La) at least twice a year for last 10 years. City of Plaquemine as best Veterans Day observance of all I have attended. BW employees (Nick, manager, Tillie, front desk & Hilda, food service, treat us 'better' than family.”

“I asked specifically to not be put in a handicapped room. Lady at front desk assured me it was not a handicapped room, but when I got in it was still a handicapped room. I decided I wasn't going to fight it. She texted me then to see if I was o.k. but by then I had unpacked and used the bathroom. She offered to move me, but I no thank you. I recommended they find a way to list the rooms that were for handicapped.”
