Hotel a Plaquemine

“Very disappointed, when we arrived from a 9 hour drive from Georgia just to find out there were no rooms available. We had to find another hotel to stay in for the weekend. Already tired and stressed out and had to deal with not having the room at the hotel we booked . We were not in Louisiana on vacation we were there because my husband sister was killed by a train and we were there for her funeral. So not having a room made it worse.”

“We had a nice stay. Was disappointed to find that they charged me $25 per night as a pet fee. There was no mention of the additional charge on the site. The pool was a little messy but we have had an abundance of rain in the area recently! At check-in, there had been a power disruption and their computers went down. It took us about 45 minutes to check in. Overall, I would stay there again.”

“A fuir ! Les petits déj sont dispos uniquement le WE, pas de balance pour peser les valises, personnel très peu investi, ont déclaré une piscine sur Expedia, il n'y en a pas. De plus, des gros travaux commencent à 7h du matin sans que nous ayons été prévenus en amont, chambre bruyante au 9e étage (ascenseurs ? Soufflerie ? Laverie ? Bruits incessants, h24), pas de ménage ni changement de serviettes quotidien et le café dans les chambres n'est pas réapprosionné durant le séjour. Quartier pas...
