→ 1 bedroom with double bed
→ 1 bedroom with bunk beds +1 single bed
→ 1 bathroom with bath and wc
→ all the 3 bedrooms have direct access to the pool area
We’re writing to let you know about the introduction of an environment tax in Greece following Law 5073/2023 (Government Gazette Α 204/11-12-2023)

This new tax is not included in the price and has to be paid by you in cash in the moment you are at the property and you will meet the owner or the property manager

After the payment the owner/property manager will provide you a receipt


Based on property type you booked , the following taxes will apply:

November to February

€4 per night

March to October

€15 per night

The above amounts are per night and NOT per person
