Located right at the beach, our four villas (Nord, Du Sud, Oriental, Quest) named after French cardinal directions form a small complex.
Villa Nord Star is 150sqm divided into 3 sections. In the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen along with the living room, dining area, and one ensuite bedroom. On the lower floor you will find a huge bedroom area with one bathroom. On the upper floor you will find the third bedroom with one more bathroom. Each villa has 4 sunbeds with umbrella at the beach available FOR FREE. We also have parking places for our residents so you have nothing to worry. Additionally, 5 cleaning sessions during the week and of course we leave fresh towels every 3-4 days.

This elegant & luxurious residence is fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 8 people (2 people sleep in the lower bedroom, with single beds) seconds (yes yes seconds) away from the sandy beach of famous touristic resort of Platanias.
It is located right at the beach with a majestic view of the whole surrounding area. Views towards golden hours of sunrise and sunset will more than certainly let you relax comfortably in a private and serene environment! There are 3 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room consists of sofas and and armchairs with a table.
Perfect for “outdoor living” as the outdoors spaces offer panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the islet of Thodorou. It is ideal for families as there is plenty of space for the children to play but also great for those who seek relaxation while sunbathing, dining or sipping your favourite drink surrounded by this beautiful Cretan setting! Of course the Villa has a PRIVATE swimming pool, situated on the ground floor. While chilling in the water, you almost get the salt from the beach.

••Detailed Description of each space in the Villa
• Bedrooms
All bedrooms are elegantly decorated in plain earthly colours with discreet pictures on the walls, curtains, lampshades and cushions and of course are fully air-conditioned! A private resort and a paradise setting only for our guests! Fresh Linen is provided to all our guests frequently for the duration of their stay! A baby cot is provided at no extra cost. All bedrooms are all equipped with a wardrobe, mirror, side table and in general all necessary furniture for a worry free and comfortable stay
On the ground floor there is one bedrooms, which is ensuite, with a queen size bed. On the lower level, there is a huge bedroom (en suite) that has a queen size bed, with two small single beds. Finally, on the upper level, there is a big bedroom, with a queen size bed. Next to it there is a bathroom.

• Bathrooms
There are 3 full bathrooms, one on each floor equipped with luxurious shower cabin. Of course, shampoo and soap are provided along with other toiletries and essentials!

• Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen offers you all necessary amenities. Beautiful surfaces and counters give you this extra luxury feel and you can prepare any kind of a meal without any hassle! DISHWASHER also available! The kitchen has access to the balcony with an outdoor table providing a great dining space enough for 8 guests.

• Living Room
The living room has one sofa and a coffee table in the middle. The room is beautifully decorated in pale colours and textiles of minimal aesthetics matching the furniture. Large windows offer a majestic view day or night and the balcony door leads to a balcony where dinner should be served! There is a TV and an air conditioner. The living room has also a main dining space and direct access to the kitchen.

• Outdoors Sitting in the outdoor terraces and balconies of this Villa will more than definitely make you feel that you are king of the Pelagus, offering amazing views of the deep blue Aegean Sea...and when sunset or sunrise golden hours arrive, you don’t want to be anywhere else in the world! It is ideal for complete relaxation, private and luxurious! Chania, is only a leisurely 10minutes drive. Lots of shops, banks, supermarkets, jewellery shops, an large variety of shops, restaurants within 5min walk.
