Hotel vicino a Platte City City Hall - Kansas City

“Got this hotel last minute for the World Cup. The staff was more than amazing. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but there was guy working during midnight, he picked us up from the airport and checked us in super quick, couldn’t asked for a better experience. Room was comfortable and spacious.”

“The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. There was a housemaid that vacuums the hallways. When asked the room’s cleaning. She indicated that they only provide towels and do not clean the rooms. Worst...

“I had just gotten back from a missions trip to Alaska and it was a wonderful place to rest and relax before heading home. I was glad to have breakfast and coffee before we hit got on the road.”

“I stay just for a night, staff professional and very friendly. Good as well the restaurant with great choise of draft beer. Very good the shuttle bus to airport.”

“Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.”

“Air conditioner was broken for 3 days, and a large fan was left in the room to try to dry up a spill. Had the AC been working 4 stars. Very convenient to the airport and Kansas City area. Good barbecue place next-door.”

“There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.”
