“The rooms are not cleaned, there’s no one in the front desk after certain hours. The breakfast area was closed during the 7 to 10 am hours. Those hours are the operating hours. There’s no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. There’s door lock to access the guess’s room does not work. Anyone can walk in to the guess’s room area. “One of a kind property that defies categorization. Worked out very well for us as a couple traveling with our dog. Owners were friendly and flexible. Antiques and knickknacks throughout the property as well as steep stairs make it not particularly kid-friendly. Can walk to restaurants and park nearby. ”

People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! “We enjoyed the breakfast options, much nicer than at other facilities we stayed at on this trip. The room was very comfortable. Didn't have (or need) much interaction with staff, but when we did they were accommodating and helpful. ”
