“This place was very accommodating they offered early check in at no cost and let my wife and i stay till 4 with late check out and on top of that i had a hiccup with my air b&b for the night and they were able to roll over my room at my current rate great staff the breakfast was great the pancake machine is a cool option they had fresh fruit eggs and sausage as well as many bread options and condiments to choose from would recommend this place to all 5 stars ”

“We came to Kansas City for the birth of our granddaughter. We also had our grandson with us. At check in on Friday the staff let us check in early so he could take a nap. Trip was amazing granddaughter and my daughter are good and healthy and the staff at Dury Inn Kansas City Airport location was amazing. Food was also very good.”

“Amazing and friendly service, nice new rooms with comfy beds. 5 minute shuttle ride to airport. Shuttle was super on time- do not be late at your scheduled time! Restaurant food was delicious, free popcorn, coffee station downstairs, microwave in ice room. Only thing that wasn’t super clean was our little coffee maker in room- not sure if it was never used or what. ”

“This is a place to avoid like the plague! People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! Those people are the worst you can find! Angela, Andrew and the general manager, you guys need to...

“It seems that a lot of thought went into the design of these rooms: easy to clean flooring, hooks on the walls, wireless charger, lighting by the mirror outside of the bathroom, and the beds were comfy too. Breakfastwas super tasty with pancakes! ”
