Hotel a Plattsburg

“the rooms were clean however this place needs to upgrade the Bed mattress, Hard and very thin my back still hurts after sleeping on the mattress”

“Did not like the kiosk for check in. It was hard to understand the person. I felt it impersonal. Coffee makers in room would have been nice. Room was decent.”

“The general areas (halls, elevators, lobby, etc) are worn, dated, and dingy. The bathroom had broken tiles and the door was partially painted in two different shades. When I entered the shower and pulled the curtain shut, a washcloth fell down. I assume it was up there from the previous guest. yuk! In addition, the beds were noisy making it hard to sleep. The breakfast was not satisfactory with powdered eggs. The staff was very nice and friendly, especially the check-in clerk.”

“It was fine for one night. Brand new hotel so there is still a little construction dust to clean up. Room was surprisingly noisy for a new build - you can hear cars outside and HVAC is kind of loud. No local tv channels (as of yet) so it appears that you need to log into apps on the tv. Did not see a way to use airplay from device. Breakfast was ok - yogurt was overly sweet and not too appealing as is extruded out of a machine”

“My sister and her son and cat stayed here on their way home from Florida and said it was great for a good night’s sleep. The cat enjoyed it too.”

“The breakfast included in the stay was a joke. They had 2 kinds of cereal and a couple of prepackaged muffins(not 2 kinds, 2 muffins). It was evident that the juice machine had been broken a while. They had a jug of milk and Sunny D. So if you are looking for. A place that includes breakfast, and this isn't what you want, I'd tell you are better off laying a little more and getting a real breakfast. “This motel needs heavy remodeling. It shouldn't advertise breakfast included because it was just waffle, cereal and coffee (no coffee maker in the room). After hours, it has a video concierge that makes solving issues more complicated.”

“Was very nice and quiet, I ended up bringing all my own things for showering like body wash. For the most part you don’t need to plan around too much.”

“We didn't stay because the pool was closed becausw the health department closed it and that was the whole reason for the room. The guy said he wouldn't check me in and the money would be refunded. That has yet to happen. Would not recommend.”

“Hotel was close, hotel staff suggested returning rental early so be we wouldn’t have to do so before our flight in the morning. They picked us up from the airport and they brought us back to the hotel. It was an easy shuttle ride the next morning for our flight. Only complaint was the breakfast was cold and not worth the $15 dollars a piece.”
