“The hotel was generally ok, but not for a 5 star. It was a good 4 star experience. The room was too small for 5 stars, we had room to have one baggage without tripping over it - luckily we only needed and brought one. The bathroom is nice, except for the mirror / sink part, that is enclosed in a kind of nook, and you have no room to put any cosmetics - I had difficulty finding a place to put my shaving utensils, I had to put them in the sink, which made for an unpleasant experience. Special shoutout to Gloria , she was one of the reasons we had a great experience , she took things personally and went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful.
