Welcome to this brand new studio that is ideally located and is only a few blocks from the beach and the famous 5th Avenue. The condo is completely equipped making it perfect for your next vacation. The rooftop features a swimming pool. Take a stroll out the condo and with in seconds you are to the largest grocery store, shops, restaurants, and so much more! This unit is for sure going to make your next dream vacation, come true!

This property is ideally located in the heart of Playa del Carmen and walking distance to all of the great amenities this amazing city has to offer. One of the nicest beaches in Playa is only a 3 minute walk! Want to go over to historic 5th Avenue for some shopping, restaurants, bars and entertainment? Once out the front doors, you are literally 45 steps away!!

The unit is available also for long-term rentals. This spacious is perfect for those seeking a comfortable and stable living arrangement for an extended period.

This 5th story studio has everything you need to enjoy an amazing trip. You will also find in this area, a functional kitchen with a four burner stovetop, full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the kitchenwares you'll need to cook up a great meal!

Head into the main living space where you'll find a table and chairs for 4 people and the king sized bed overlooking a smart TV with Netflix.

This is also where you'll have a nice partial ocean view above the other rooftops of the city.

For the crown jewel of this amazing unit, head up to the common rooftop. Here, the incredible views of the city. Enjoy a lazy afternoon in the pool soaking up the sun, hanging out in the loungers .

This condo is truly located in the best location in Playa del Carmen and ready for your enjoyment!

As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is made of glass. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.

Guest will have full access to the studio as well as all common areas including the pool, and underground parking.

This condo is ideally located and is close to all attractions and facilities, including 5th Avenue, the beach, grocery stores (Walmart, Mega), and all of the great restaurants and shops Playa del Carmen has to offer. Located on Avenida Constituyentes steps to historic 5th Avenue where you'll find great bars, restaurants, coffee shops (Starbuck, Ah Cacao), the ADO bus station (15 min walking distance) and many more wonderful attractions!

This condo is located in the best location in Playa del Carmen. You are walking distance to everything including beaches, shopping, activities, etc.

Or, there is a taxi stand at 10 meters outside the front door of the building.

● **Behind and beside this condo there are some constructions. The construction activities could be noisy, however all works will stop after 06:00 pm and during weekends**
● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**
● Please notice we only provide bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.
●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

Cozy condo in excellent location

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The condo was as advertised. Not the biggest place but comfortable for a week. It was reasonably well equipped. The location is excellent. It's on a quiet street for only a few minutes walk from 5th avenue and about 10 minutes walk to the beach. There is a great seafood restaurant across the street. Not fancy but good food and great value for money.
