Important Balcony Notice

The condo's balcony is temporarily unavailable while the building completes renovation and reinforcement work.

However, you'll still have full use of your private terrace, private pool and BBQ, plus the building's rooftop infinity pool, bar, jacuzzi and lounge areas.

There is still plenty of beautiful outdoor space to swim, relax, dine and enjoy the Playa sunshine. ☀️

⚡ Electricity Policy

For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity is not included, as these reservations are considered monthly or long-term stays.

For shorter stays, 30 kWh per night is included, which is sufficient for normal use for most guests. We simply ask that A/C units be turned off when leaving the condo and that doors and windows remain closed while the A/C is running.

The electricity meter is read at check-in and check-out. We recommend taking a photo of the meter upon arrival for your records. Meters are located near the main entrance and labeled with the apartment number.

If usage exceeds the included allowance, additional consumption will be charged at MXN $5 per kWh.
