Goditi questa casa davvero straordinaria appena elencata -
Casa De La Puerta al Sol (Casa della porta del sole) - situata vicino a La Fonda in Plaza Del Mar, sulla spiaggia, k59. Sicuro in una comunità custodita chiusa 24 ore su 24, questa casa moderna con quattro camere da letto e tre bagni è unica e straordinaria. Venticinque piedi di porte a vetri rivolte a ovest si incastrano nel muro aprendo le zone giorno e coperta come un unico grande spazio aperto. Posto perfetto per suonare il piano sull'oceano o avere quella margarita al tramonto. Cucina squisita con bellissimi banconi in granito, lavello prep, smaltimento rifiuti e lavastoviglie. Goditi un barbecue sul ponte mentre fissi l'oceano. La cascata esterna e la fontana interna conferiscono un ambiente speciale all'esperienza complessiva. House include wifi, dvd e stereo cd.

Sei a pochi passi da una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia semi-privata spalancata dove puoi fare surf, boogie board o skimboard - o semplicemente rilassarti con una fredda cerveza. La club house ha un meraviglioso mazzo con piscina a sfioro per il tuo piacere crogiolarsi. C'è anche una palestra modesta in loco.

Casa De La Puerta al Sol è in una posizione perfetta, a soli 15 minuti a sud della vibrante Rosarito e 30 minuti a nord di Ensenada. Ci sono fantastici ristoranti e hotel raggiungibili a piedi e molti di loro hanno musica dal vivo. Infine, sei a soli 30 minuti dalla "Valle De Guadalupe", una delle regioni vinicole più belle e in più rapida crescita al mondo. Vieni in vacanza - resta per lo stile di vita. Noi facemmo.

Amazing stay near Rosarito!

Amazing stay with stunning views! The Property owners were also super communicative and super helpful. I would say the only negative was that there was construction going on around the house during our stay which was a bit loud at times but other than that this place was great. I would definitely come back and stay here again. The whole place was really clean as well

Spectacular house with ocean view

The house was everything as described and an easy drive to its location. From the moment we walked in we could see the ocean view and it was absolutely stunning!! The sliding pockets doors open up to the width of the balcony. It’s Positively Breath taking!.. you also get the same ocean view from every bedroom on the lower level. They all have sliding doors that open up into its own balcony. It’s such a Beautiful home with all the upgrades in a private community with 24/7 Security. Has its own private beach and infinity pool for its residents. It’s very quiet and clean. We loved everything about it! Inside and out. There was also so many restaurants and local Shops for souvenirs very close by. Guy and Georgette were great, always available and quick to respond when we had questions. We enjoyed our time there so much and that we plan on coming back for a longer stay. We’re even considering building our own home in the same community. That’s how much we loved it! So if you’re thinking about staying in this amazing home you may want to extend your trip because you won’t want to leave:)

Just what we hoped for

The house is beautiful, and the hosts are exceptionally friendly and helpful. It’s truly as nice as the pictures show it to be. The neighborhood overall is very nice, and the beach is situated such that if feels private. We had some last minute travel issues come up and the hosts were more than accommodating. A great place to unplug from life and listen to the ocean.

Birthday Mexico Trip

Had the pleasure of staying at this house for my birthday! The house and view were amazing, the view being by far the greatest part of this house. Rooms were nice, clean, and perfect size. In a gated community and very secluded feeling! Definitely would recommend this place for future vacationers.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Our stay at Guy and Georgette's place was the best! The house is beautiful, the views magnificent and we found the area and the home relaxing. Walking on the beach, swimming and enjoying the views on the large balcony made our visit very special. I would highly recommend this home. The open floor plan is excellent and one could stay in the living area and never leave just enjoying the view. Thank you Guy and Georgette.

I will absolutely book this house again!

The house, view and location are AMAZING! the photos do not do the house justice. the layout from the living room, kitchen and on to the patio are more open than you can understand from the photos and just so relaxing from the view before you even enter the front door. The piano is so smart for entertaining and you can slide the whole west wall open to spectacular ocean view and ocean breezes. I slept with the bedroom doors wide open and so peacefully with the sound of waves crashing all night long. Ellie brought us local tamales that we feasted on for 3 days and Guy checked in with us from the start to make sure we were satisfied from the moment we arrived. This is the place to stay. thank you guy and Ellie for making it so wonderful!we will be back Sean

Wonderful

This home was immaculate - everything about it met and even exceeded our expectations. The place was fantastic with every amenity available. Private beach and super clean. There is also a private community club house with a pool and a place to exercise and hangout. It’s less then a mile from La Fonda;good food and entertainment. The home is brand new - I think its just a couple years old everything looks new. Stayed with my parents and my 12 year old daughter- plenty of space and super comfortable rooms. Oh yeah, can’t forget the glass sliding pocket doors and the Grand Piano was the highlight of this place made this oceanfront view pristine truly home away from home. Will definitely come back. Gorgeous house, well stocked and well priced, quiet situation, pristine beach

Located about 15 minutes south of Rosarito, the house is recently built, in a brand new gated community, and in fantastic shape. Kitchen, bathrooms, internet, TV - all great. Owner Guy is quick to respond, accessible, and easy to deal with. The beach is right there, clean and quiet, and the kids surfed every day and saw dolphins. We visited Encenada about 30 minutes further south and took trips to Tijuana, Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. If you don't want to go that far (and they are all pretty close) there are shops and bars 3-5 minutes away to sit on the deck and watch the sunsets. Didn't make it to the wine region this time - although it is also very close. Would definitely revisit.

Paradise. You will not want to leave!

We were so fortunate to have found this hidden gem on VRBO! This place is on a beautiful private beach just north of La Fonda. Beautifully furnished with stunning views from so many rooms , this place is unbeatable. The owners were fabulous and super responsive. The manager, Ellie was a gem. Both my son and I were celebrating our "Labor Day" birthdays and we were treated like family from the moment we arrived. Our group consisted of teens and 50 somethings and we all enjoyed the beach, La Fonda, Splashes, La Misione horseback riding, we didn't get a chance to venture into wine country but, hopefully, they will have us back again! Thank you so much for a magical weekend!
