“Cons: we did stay at the older tower. Beds are too hard so uncomfortable. Pillows were flat. No microwave or fridge in the room. Sliding door to the balcony was old and struggled to open it, needs updating. “I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there were feces smeared across the counter, which is completely unacceptable and unsanitary. The shower handle was also broken, making it difficult to use. There was no air conditioning in the room, and when we tried to open the windows for ventilation, they were missing the screens/springs. This allowed mosquitoes to come inside, forcing us to keep the windows closed. As a result, the room became...

“You got no options for breakfast , that’s included in your reservation. The breakfast wasn’t ready at the time they have programmed 9am. I reserved a room with ocean view but they have an event with a tent in front of the room’s window. I think they need a renovation for the installations , the gardens, the rooms , the parking … Not recommended. ”
