“Such a lovely hotel.Such caring and helpful staff.They let us stay all day in our room on our check out day as we had a night bus to take at 10pm.There was no charge and the manager came with us to the bus station to help translate and get us on the right bus as our Spanish is not great.”

“No era para nada lo que se veía en las fotos. Llame 2 horas antes para avisar que llegaba y no respondían, no encontraba el hotel y seguía llamando y nada. Al fin lo encontramos y nadie nos habría la puerta, salió un chico borracho que no tenia idea de la reserva. Estaba solo. No nos daba ninguna solución. Entramos porque mi niña quería ir al baño y los cuartos sucios, olía terrible. Después llegó una chica y lo mismo, no sabía nada, ella solo vivía ahí. Al rato salió un señor totalmente...

Yes, the receptionist told us that they do not have our reservation and that they are fully booked. Plus, the alternative they offered in other hotel was a double price, which we could not afford! So, we have been left on the street... Not really a service you would expect from a 3 star hotel! ”
