“The property was in a great location, however there were several things wrong. Upon entry to the property, your greeted with a very musty/moldy smell. The property is very hot which would normally be okay with me but this unit is on the first floor and the windows are not caged so I was uncomfortable leaving windows open for ventilation. “This is not a hotel but rather an apartment rental. The wifi was not working and the place was infested with termites. We had to leave in the middle of the night because there were termites all over the bed. We were promised a refund but only received a partial refund. Stay in a real hotel and avoid this place. Oh they’re also doing construction next door. ”

“This hotel is located in a traditional house of the old Lima. It is beautifully kept. The staff is incredible. Ice and helpful. “I'm not a "review person", but 3B is definitively worth it! The staff is the most caring and helpful I've found so far: they will help you out before, during and after your stay, with tips and logistics. The place is new, well furnished and clean. Breakfast options are very good and healthy. Last but not least the location is very fine: close to the beach view and to the centre of Barranco (very nice neighborhood, btw!). “The entire property smelt wet and like cigarettes. I spent 1 hour there and then booked another accommodation. They gave me 1/3 of my money back after I said I wouldn’t be staying. They also failed to pick me up from the airport when they offered to pick me up. The managers do not communicate properly and the place is ran down with stains everywhere in the main areas. Book elsewhere”
