“I arrived 12:30am the person at the front desk didn’t speak English he call someone who did he couldn’t find my booking I waited 15 mins finally I got in my room with no hot water at 5:00 am I got up to water flooding the living room they changed my room where I stayed till 11:00am they than told the problem couldn’t be fixed so I needed to move to another hotel …they paid the taxi to the new hotel ..which turned out to be a BLESSING they paid the taxi to take us to the new hotel .. they did all...

The staff is the most caring and helpful I've found so far: they will help you out before, during and after your stay, with tips and logistics. The place is new, well furnished and clean. Breakfast options are very good and healthy. Last but not least the location is very fine: close to the beach view and to the centre of Barranco (very nice neighborhood, btw!). “We did not end up staying at this hotel. I booked last minute as we needed a place to hang for the day between our hotel check out at 10am and our red eye flight at midnight, and there was a deal on Expedia. After booking, I read the reviews and got nervous. It was nearby so we decided to walk over and view prior to check in.
