“Staff was very friendly and upbeat - my mom really enjoyed conversing with the breakfast staff, as she was normally there pretty early, before anyone even woke up, so enjoyed the interaction. The waffles were bomb, you need to try the berry one, ask a staff member if you get stuck, or are unsure how to make the waffle ! Was a little thrown off that there were no slippers available in room however saw a staff member carrying them in the elevator, didn't bother asking about it, as i didn't see...

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Maybe the most pleasant and helpful staff we've encountered, both at the front desk and the housekeeping people. Great location (except for the current construction), spacious and comfortable room. Underground parking is a bit interesting to get into, as the alley is quite busy, and the garage is, as underground parking usually is, a bit cramped. Really the only thing that could have been better was the breakfast, which was pretty underwhelming for a $300+ hotel. Very cool neighborhood with lots...

“Hotel is in transition phase and not quite the same as other Coast hotels yet. I hope they keep breakfast included in rates, it’s so convenient and it was great selections. Pool is a good size, though hottub was drained at the time we went to use it. It’s an interesting layout since it’s on the 2nd floor and the hotel is open concept so you can kind of hear it from your room. It shuts down at 9pm though. Underground parking is worth it. “Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”
