“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“The staff were so friendly, the valet staff were wonderful. Room was spacious. The breakfast supplied was good, my husband loved it, I would like to see a waffle or pancake station and bacon, some cheese slices. So just a bit more variety. It is the one of the only hotels downtown to offer breakfast so I was content to be able to have breakfast included.”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were cery nice and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. The food from Rocky's grill also tasted great. The location was conveniently close to Alberta Children's Hospital, the reason for our trip to Calgary. We would definitely stay here again!”
