“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Room was spotless. Had all amenities provided. Super quiet spot in downtown. We didn’t hear much noise from upstairs or next door. Felt safe not too busy. Staff are really friendly. ”

“Great staff and love the classic luxury in this hotel. The restaurant was a bit slow, but the food was delicious and servers were all friendly. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is well located downtown, making it easy to get around and access nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with good amenities for the price. Staff were friendly and check-in/check-out was smooth. While some areas feel a bit dated, everything was well maintained and functional. A solid option for a short stay in Calgary, especially if location and value matter.”

“Room was super clean, everything was new and there wasn’t any odor. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was really good, lots of options. Only bad thing, the pool wasn’t open due to maintenance. ”
