“Great room size and love that all rooms are on the 2nd floor and there are stairs (not emergency exit stairs) so no elevator waiting! The room and common areas are a little worn but overall clean and very easy to get comfortable in the room. The fireplace is the best (we visited in January). ”

“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“Lobby personnel could be better prepared. Zero help from staff to move cart with the luggage. In one of the room water bottles were never added and we had to ask for them. Lifts were dirty: one day an open tampax was on the floor 😖”

“The staff were very courteous and made the visit very enjoyable. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would need! The location was great; we mostly walked everywhere we were visiting, and it is right down the street from the NYE fireworks show. My only complaint is that housekeeping only comes early in the morning, so if you want to sleep in, they won't stop by unless requested. And there was also a cleaning rag left on the bathroom floor when we initially came to the room....

“The room was really clean. My roommates were nice. The only thing is there was a sign in the washroom saying to complete your shower in 3 minutes. Who is showering in 3 minutes? Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Would recommend if you’re a more extrovert type of person. ”
