When she went to go to the bathroom, the toilet was not flushing toilet paper, or any bodily waste. When we asked the front desk for assistance the person said she would get someone to fix it. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. “Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water”

“I had written a review of the night I checked in because I was given a king size room versus the two queens that I had reserved. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor....

We drove to area restaurants and stores and found them easily accessible without using the Interstate. The hotel was quiet and well kept, and the staff took care of our rather minor needs.”
