“The room was really nice and updated. A few of the floor tiles were cracked and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom but overall it was in good condition. Breakfast was good and the lobby was clean and staff was friendly. ”

“I stayed at WoodSpring Suites in St. Louis Arnold on June 21. I got there probably around six 630. The young lady working in the desk was so very helpful. I had my dog with me my suitcase and another item I was carrying and she helped me get on the elevator and got me up to my room while she carried some stuff for me. The room was very clean. Bathroom was very cleanand the bed was very comfortable! Had a wonderful kitchenette. It looks like they just remodeled all the rooms they had a hard wood...

“It's a motel along the highway...you know it's not the Ritz. But this small property is maintained very well. It's clean and the area around the hotel is mowed and kept tidy. The staff and manager are excellent. I was staying there while at a dog show so had my Dalmatian with me. Upon check-in, they made sure I had a room near an exterior door for easy outside access. They were always kind and responsive. Another guest hit my car in the parking lot (elderly gentleman) and did not try to contact...
