“Located in unsafe neighborhood. Had to checkout 1 day earlier due to unsafe conditions and hotel would not refund the day/night i didnt use. My husband was locked out of hotel because hotel staff locks the front door during certain times due to unsafe conditions. Had no idea. I had my kids with me. Never again”
