Strutture Motel 6 a Pleasanton - Livermore

“Room was clean. Toilet bowl cover had to be moved in order to flush. There were abandoned cars and homeless people living in the parking lot. I had to leave my ID in exchange to use the iron and board - and I had to go get it and walk it back… super weird. The lobby was closed to guests, so just a walk up window from the parking lot. If staff is scared, makes me feel unsafe. The AC unit in the room was damaged, and the heater didn’t work - I was freezing. The phone was ripped out of the wall, so...

“Basic, clean room with everything you need for one night. Staff were friendly and there was coffee/tea in the office area. Good for the price”

“I really wished the internet worked. It was horrible without. They said internet was available, but it took hours to get on and when I did it only last 15 minutes. They really need to fix it. Bathroom shower was leaking, one of the lights to turn on did not work.”

“It's not most attractive on the outside. Inside was clean, roomy, functional. The bed was comfortable. My only question, though not necessarily a complaint, was no shampoo, etc ? ”
