“Thanks to Best Western at Harbor Springs our trip to northern Michigan was tremendous! Staff was super friendly and our room was clean and comfortable! Located in a beautiful area, we enjoyed a peaceful stay just minutes from the Little Traverse Bay and Lake Michigan! Breakfast was also very good! The staff at Best Western Harbor Springs go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay!”

“Great location for everything! Continental breakfast was available at this location. But on the down side of this. I really only have one thing to say about this Inn. And that is, there should be a adults only time for the pool and hot tub. Didn't care for all the screaming and running around by the youngsters inside the pool and hot tub room. So you weren't able to relax around all the commotion going on by the young children. ”

“The refrigerator stopped working and the food we'd brought went bad. The front desk guy didn't seem to care and did nothing about it. The room was clean enough, with the expected features, but nothing stood out as "excellent". It was fine, just not in the "great" category.”
