“Beautiful property. I stayed there 18 years ago and always wanted to go back. So glad we did. We loved our beachfront view. It rained a lot, but it was still a very relaxing getaway. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Newburyport is just a 10-minute drive with top shelf restaurants. We enjoyed The Coffee Factory for lunch, they serve a great cup of Joe and the food is delicious. Bar25 NBPT has craft cocktail that are off the charts, and the food was just as good!”

“Beautiful historic inn right in downtown Newburyport, very comfortable bed, in room coffee but also lobby coffee and continental (and complimentary) breakfast. The was are a little thin as to be expected with a historic hotel. This did not bother me, but some travelers may want to be aware. Also if booking and mobility is an issue, mention it at the desk as again, it is a historic property. There are a few twists and turns and steps to get to your room. “We loved our stay at the inn. Located on a quiet side street not far from the hustle and bustle. It was an easy walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The room was gorgeous and the bed was so comfortable. Great breakfast and a super friendly host.”

“We needed a late check in and called the Seabrook about 7pm, the lobby was going to be closed at 11 and since we arrived around midnight im glad we called and they were very accommodating. Continental breakfast was simple and hit the spot. We have stayed here multiple times when visiting UNH. Convenient to highway and a typical motor lodge experience.”

“Trying to reach the office by phone was frustrating the day before arriving. No one answered and no answering machine. No one was in the office when we arrived to check in. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant. No ice machine available. Rooms were nice, comfortable. Bathroom vent could be cleaned. Overall, a good place to stay.”

“Not what we expected. Rooms were very small. It could barely move around. Some rooms definitely need updating especially bathroom rusty toilet, not acceptable. OK to stay for one night if they can’t find anything else in the area.”
