“The property was clean and served its purpose. However, the room was too small for a kitchen. There was no sitting area, and only one nightstand. We could have used 2 chairs. Also, we were given pods for the coffee maker but only 2 coffee and the rest were tea. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Bring your own.”

“The room was nice and pretty, and we were able to get in a little early, but I did not feel as though it was that clean. the room smelled musty in some areas, and there were spiders in others. I am glad we were there for only one night.”

“Simple, clean, good location, nice spot on a hill, and a convenient lily pad stop to the lovely village of Rockport. Just don't expect much in the realm of amenities beyond a quaint sitting room accessed through the main foyer and a small Keurig machine in your selected bedroom and a larger one in the sitting room.”

“Be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor in case you have difficulty with stairs.”

“Room did not appear to be cleaned upon check in and shower was disgusting. Noise from exterior door to parking lot opening and shutting kept waking us up. Staff were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful.”

“Check in was very quick and they were super friendly! Our room was exactly as described when I booked it. The location is great - it's close enough to the boardwalk but far enough that you don't have to hear all of the noise or traffic. We would definitely return!”
