“We enjoyed our stay. The rooms looked like they were recently updated and remodeled.”

“Stayed here because there weren’t any Hiltons nearby and I was traveling and needed a clean place to sleep. Crashed immediately and the next morning noticed how dirty my room was. Greasy crumbs were everywhere. The room was $150 and should have been cleaned properly beforehand.”

“It was terrible. Dirty used qtips by the dresser. The shower was so clogged it was like taking a bath while showering. Not to mention hair on the floor and sticky floors. Even though we just needed a room for the night, never again…disgusting!”

“Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.”

“The staff was helpful. The hotel room could use maintenance. The toilet leaked, an outlet was coming away from the wall and the breakfast was okay.”

“There were maintenance issues with the room, electrical outlet not working, bed frame had metal sticking out i I kept catching my leg on. Hair in bathroom on floor. The pool is in back corner of parking lot next to a dumpster. The breakfast was sad. Everyone who walked in after us commented on it. Some things had definitely been updated and looked nice though.”

“This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I'm someone who regularly stays at 2- and 3-star hotels while driving to Florida two or three times a year. I arrived very late at night with my children and our dog, so finding another place to stay wasn't a realistic option. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare. There was ketchup under the beds, and all of the bed linens had various stains. We had booked a suite specifically so we could use the sofa bed, but the...

“One piece of furniture housing the fridge and microwave needs some repair. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean but it all needs to be updated. Nothing felt “crisp”. Complimentary breakfast was less than satisfactory. We would not stay there again.”
