“The pictures were very misleading. The hotel is awful. The carpet was sticky when walking on it barefoot. The hallways on the first floor had no ceilings. The staff was not helpful at all and scolded us and our children for everything. I leaned against a table and from across the lobby the staff yelled at me to sit on a chair. My son and his teammates were talking and laughing in the hallway and got yelled at, another hotel guest said she witnessed it all and they weren’t doing anything wrong,...

“When I walked into the room, there was a foul smell, and the tub had old stains as if it had not been properly cleaned. I also saw roaches, which was completely unacceptable. I left the room immediately and checked out due to these poor conditions. This hotel should not be rated as a 3-star property.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. However, We expected a Marriott property to be better maintained. The kitchen cabinet was precariously hanging on the wall, almost falling off! This looked quite dangerous and we were scared to reach in for any dishes. The sofa cushions were old and sank down, making it difficult to sit. The bed was so old and the mattress sank down so much that we were both very stiff when we got up! “Thos is not what I evleyftom the pictures or the reviews. The place was run down and half of it appears to be full-time renters. The halls and stairwells have rugs that are caked in filth. It says not smoking or pot smoking but the halls and rooms stink of cigarettes and people smoke pot constantly indoors so it smells in the halls and your room after you open the door. It was a terrible experience having an infant. There are no premium TV channels as posted. We got 4 channels total and...

“Room was great! Good size. Updated furnishings. Nicely equipped kitchenette with a full size fridge and dishwasher. We had problems with the A/C not getting cool the first night, next day they installed a whole brand new unit! Came in that night and it was like a meat locker! Slept like a baby! Beds were comfortable too. I would recommend getting pillows with different levels of firmness. Other than that the stay was perfect!”
