Questa deliziosa mezza casa può ospitare comodamente fino a sei persone, con due camere da letto e un ampio soggiorno privato con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto sul laghetto. C'è una camera da letto matrimoniale con un letto matrimoniale e porte francesi sul soggiorno aperto. Vi è una grande seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. La grande sala frontale ha un divano con letto estraibile per ospiti extra, insieme a due grandi poltrone, camino, biblioteca e televisore a schermo piatto da 52 ". Forniamo un pacchetto n play e un materasso gonfiabile, se necessario. C'è una cucina completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo nella stanza di fronte. Il bagno completo ha una zona doccia separata, quindi due ospiti possono usarlo insieme e avere ancora molta privacy. Gli ospiti hanno una rilassante terrazza coperta per un sacco di tempo tranquillo. C'è anche un arredamento esterno confortevole per rilassarsi e ammirare la fauna selvatica del New England.

Questa proprietà fronte stagno offre un'atmosfera rilassante con splendide viste sulla spiaggia privata per nuotare, andare in kayak e andare in canoa. Sei a due passi da Plymouth Rock, Plantation e Plymouth Beach, insieme a tutti i ristoranti e negozi sul lungomare. Boston, Cape Cod ed Edaville Railroad con Thomas Land sono a pochi minuti da casa tua. C'è un percorso a piedi intorno a una palude di mirtilli adiacente, insieme a pozzi del fuoco e un patio privato per il piacere all'aperto.

Avrai la tua griglia privata e pozzo del fuoco con tutti gli utensili necessari per cucinare! Ci sono anche molti sentieri per escursioni e passeggiate per il tuo spirito avventuroso.

Gli ospiti avranno le chiavi del proprio ingresso della casa, che esce su un ponte privato con giardini per cene private. Hanno anche la possibilità di portare kayak, canoa e barca a remi sulla loro spiaggia privata per rendere il loro soggiorno piacevole e memorabile! Il servizio di conservazione ha messo un santuario degli uccelli attorno a una vecchia palude adiacente allo stagno per il tuo divertimento a piedi. Ottimo per i cani o semplicemente guardando il bellissimo paesaggio del New England. Abbiamo terrazze all'aperto con pozzi di fuoco per il tuo campo serale.

Siamo a soli cinque minuti da una stazione ferroviaria per Boston, a 10 minuti da un aeroporto per Nantucket e 9 minuti da una barca per Martha's Vineyard, Whale watching e charter di pesca. L'Inn dispone di un parcheggio privato per gli ospiti una volta arrivati. Ci sono taxi (uber), treni, barche e autobus per portarti ovunque!

C'è una piccola biblioteca per le tue esigenze quando si tratta di Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard, Hyannis, Boston, Salem, Plymouth Plantation, Plymouth Rock, Edaville, Thomas Land, ecc, ecc ......... e lo sono sempre disponibile per qualsiasi domanda !!! This was one of the best appointed homes I’ve ever stayed in. You really just need to bring your toothbrush and clothes. The location was beautiful in a quiet neighborhood and on a small pond with beautiful sunsets. The host was wonderful made sure anything you might need was there. I brought my granddaughters they loved it!! Would definitely stay there again we loved it!!

Had a wonderful time. The property was beautiful. Family, friends and our dog enjoyed the pond, paddle boat, fishing, the barbecue, the fire pit and making s’mores. Our host, Debbie, was very helpful and always available if we needed her.

My sister and I stayed at the Clear Pond Penthouse Inn property in Plymouth, MA for a weekend stay. We had a Friday night wedding in Kingston and wanted to tool around Plymouth on Saturday to see the sights. Perfect location for both! Our wedding and downtown Plymouth were 15 minutes away. The penthouse suite is lovely and tastefully decorated. If you didn't have anywhere to go - you wouldn't mind just hanging out at the suite! It was clean and comfortable and had everything needed as far as amenties go. The main room overlooks the back yard and the pond beyond. We took advantage of walking around the pond to the right of the gate and it was so pretty being surrounded by nature. The host Debra is great! She answered any questions that we had and the check in/check out process was so easy. I would highly recommend a stay here . We would love to visit again! Thank you and best regards,

We had a fantastic fall weekend, the property is exactly as described and is well stocked. Debbie was there when we arrived but her instructions were clear for guest arrival. Everything was clean and neat. The grounds were lovely and there’s plenty of space, the pond looked beautiful and the walking trail was great for anyone. A very quick easy ride into Plymouth and any stores or restaurants you might like. We look forward to booking again.

I rented this property for a family weekend with my parents and brother. We grew up a few towns over so it was nice to be near everything. You're just off the highway, so close to great restaurants in Plymouth, yet feel far away and secluded being right on the serene pond. Everything was as pictured and it was great to have a big living room for us to hang out in. The only thing to note which I may have missed on the listing is that the bathroom is in between the kitchen and master bedroom. So if someone is in the restroom, you can't pass between the bedroom and kitchen (and rest of the home). This was a little tricky while everyone is getting ready, but we made it work. Something to be aware of, depending on who you are traveling with! All in all our stay was great and I would recommend it to others.

The property itself is not an issue. It was pretty decent. However, the pond has ongoing issues with blue- green algae so we were not able to go in. The pond tested positive the day after we arrived and we had already gone in so members of my group experienced symptoms including my dog. It’s not really the property managers fault as it had been cleared by the town a few weeks earlier. But if I had known it was a possible issue I would have bought trip insurance and would not have gone in the water. Check the town website for most up to date info on water quality.

We rented the ‘Penthouse’ at Clear Pond for the week of 8/14/21 to 8/21/21. The house was very nicely decorated. The kitchen had all of the tools needed to cook meals. Debra was very nice and was there on and off to make sure we (and the other rental units) were comfortable and enjoying our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice location in the vicinity of Plymouth. Allows pets, so our doggie was very pleased as were we!

Lovely home. Walking trail adjacent to the property ideal if you have a dog or enjoy hiking. Property is located to downtown Plymouth amenities. Deborah was awesome to work with. I would recommend this property.

I travel a lot, this is 1 of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. You will want for nothing and it's prime location to all the sights of Plymouth/Cape Cod. The owner checks to see if there is anything you need and adds all the touches, (coffee, paper products, shampoo) . Super clean and the view is incredible !! I will go back for sure !!

Lots of room for our family of 4 to spread out. Some construction being done on adjacent unit but owner was good about communicating. Nice walks around the pond and a small sledding hill 2 minutes from the house. Close to lots of amenities and well stocked kitchen.

This property is So beautiful! The trees and the pond create an ambiance of serenity and rejuvenation. Daily kayaking in the pond was one of the highlights of our stay. The surroundings are quiet and tranquil. The house has everything we needed and provided privacy as the rooms are separated by the kitchen and the bathroom. We had a fantastic vacation and never left the property. Highly recommend! Our host was responsive and kind.
