Hotel economici a Pocono Mountains

“Excellent stay. Breakfast was extended hours which was an absolute pleasure. The hotel was very clean. The staff was exceptional and went above and beyond. The hut tub has a hidden button on the wall - missed it for two soaks but found it on the third. Shower was my ONLY complaint - the water was tepid at best. The lack of carpet makes the upstairs neighbors footsteps a bit louder but an easy trade off for the cleanliness it provides.”

“Property is close to interest areas, restaurants, pharmacies also. Facilities are clean , staff provide clear information. The waitress lady at the bar very kind, friendly and offering an excellent customer service.”

“This place is great if you’re a smoker and like to gamble. But if smoke bothers you, this isn’t the place for you. Only place that doesn’t smell like an ashtray is the pool.”

“The receptionist at the desk was friendly and helpful. We liked the location of the hotel, and the pool looked nice, even though we didn't use it. The bar was a nice convenience. however we were expecting a restaurant at the hotel, I thought I read that in the on line description. the rooms were clean and bed was clean and comfortable. but the room decor was damaged and worn out and well used. Needs an extreme upgrade as well as the bathroom, toilet seat kept sliding! The AC was either freezing...

“Hotel needs a total management upgrade to run it. It has a lot of potential it but the maintenance is very poor. We lost water since 8:00am in our room and in the entire hotel. Luckily it was our check out day otherwise that would’ve been a nightmare.”
