Due to the current situation, we do take extra precaution by deep clean the house thoroughly and sanitize handles, railings, cabinets, remotes, beds, couches, etc...
Please understand NO LATE CHECKOUT is allowed at this time, our cleaners need enough time to do clean and sanitization job. Late check-out after 11AM will be charged an EXTRA $200.

***The house is in mountains. Wildlife animals may appear, Don't leave food outside, it will attract bears. Play in the backyard at your own risk. ****

***IMPORTANT*** SWIMMING POOL:
1. Currently open.
2. The pool is 12feet*24feet* 52inch(depth) (not heated)
3. Please let us know if your group will use the pool, a liability release waiver is required to sign to use the pool.
4. Please SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. By booking the house, you agree that as the condition your use of the services, facilities and swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fire pit is at your own risk. * The pool is not heated*

HOT TUB(maximum 4 people):
Please note the hot tub is now set up on the deck, not indoor. Indoor Sauna for 3 people.
1. The hot tub will be working properly (reaching maximum 104F) when the air temperature is greater than 50℉/10 ℃. )
2. Please note that the hot tub usually needs 10-15hrs heating time before your use. Increase 2℉ takes 1 hr. Please schedule ahead if you want to use it during your stay.
3. The Hot Tub has a safety shut-off feature which will turn off the heating if the set temperature is not reached with 72hours. This may occur in cold external conditions. In that case, guests need to re-start the heating.
4. Please set the temperature to 98F when not in use.

Private pond: The pond is not swimmable. Please be cautious playing by the water and take care of your children in the backyard. The pond is estimated 5 feet in depth.

DECK&BACKYARD: gas grill, fire pit, forest views, private pond
(NOTE: We provide 1 filled propane tank for the grill. Guests need to pay an extra $20/tank for a refill. We usually backup one full propane tank for a refill but please kindly understand if the spare propane tank is used out too. In very few cases, guests will need to refill themselves.)

Indoor bathroom Jacuuzzi :
Please note that the indoor bathroom Jacuzzi jets in the indoor bathtub are currently out of order due to a mechanical issue. We have already ordered the necessary replacement parts and are working to have it repaired as soon as possible. In the meantime, the bathtub can still be used for regular soaking. As an alternative, the outdoor hot tub is fully functional with working jets and is available for your enjoyment.

GAME ROOM: Wall-size Movie screen,Hockey table, Poker table, Fireplace, laydown sofa. (The game room is livable with AC. It was transformed from garage)

KITCHEN&DINING ROOM: large long dining table, fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel refrigerator, glass-top stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, full knife set, dishware & flatware, cooking essentials

GENERAL: Complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, central air conditioning, central heat, free WiFi

PARKING: outdoor parking up to 8 cars.

*Note: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras, at the front door and backyard. They do not look into interior spaces. We also won't check the outdoor cameras unless there are alarms.

*By booking the house, you agree that, as the condition your use of the backyard, hot tub, sauna, fireplace, pond, services, facilities and amenities at your own risk. Wildlife animals(bears etc. ) may appear, use the backyard at your own risk. *

PETS:
Our house is pet friendly. However, please contact us prior to your booking if you will bring your pets with you. For2 pets and under, an extra $50 cleaning fee will be charged after your booking. For 3 pets and more than 3 pets, it would be $75 pet fee. (This is not included in the booking price.)

The community amenities include the outdoor swimming pool, island park, Main beach, Pine tree Lake, Deer Lake, Dry Sawmill Run Lake, Emerald Lake.

* Guests need to go to the community administration office to get their passes (14 adults passes maximum).. However, please let us know in advance if you're planning to purchase the community passes. *
