“Pokoje brudne, niby po sprzątaniu a podłoga sie kleiła. Po zgłoszeniu tego w recepcji chcieli nam doliczyć 130zł za sprzątanie. ”

“Frustrating! We booked 5 nights in winter, we had high expectations, but they were all dashed. At check-in we realized there were only 3 sets of bed linens. There were 4 of us, and they couldn't replace them until the next day, and even then they didn't leave towels. They said there had been a mistake in the booking; I think they gave us the wrong apartment, it was too small for 4 people. Super cramped. “Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Szlakami 5 Dolin. The view is beautiful. The apartment was perfect. We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. The staff were lovely. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no housekeeping service which was abit of let down. It is far out from central and no transport closeby.
