“Abbiamo scelto la camera familiare perché aveva una piccola terrazza, molto carina ma praticamente quasi in comune con l'altra stanza familiare per cui non c'è privacy (le due terrazzine sono divise solo da un piccolo steccato bianco bassissimo). La camera è molto costosa rispetto alle altre ma francamente non vale la pena spenderci tutti quei soldi: i letti sono della stessa grandezza degli altri (strettissimi), e il tempo per stare in stanza a rilassarci è quasi inesistente per cui perché...

“We had an amazing overnight stay. The staff were very welcoming, informative and professional. We opted to have dinner in our room (private dining). This was definitely a very rememberable experience with a six course meal. The food for the whole trip was some of the nicest I had. The view from our room was breathtaking. I hightly recommended Ambassador Cruises in Ha Long Bay.”

“The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. Then on the voyage, they wrongly tried to overcharge us for cocktails, and we had to insist that the manager was wrong to sort out the charge. “Was a lovely stay in a clean room with helpful staff. Unfortunately I was sick on my one full day there so did not explore the local area. The main bars seem to be a 20 minute drive away though.”
