“We tru-ly enjoyed our stay at Tru Hilton as the staff were fabulous. They offered an early check-in and were helpful throughout as it was during "TET"when everything was closed. The balcony view was excellent to see all the fireworks. The staff even gave us a gift for the Lunar New Yr! Breakfast was delicious too! We loved the modern decor and hip vibe of the hotel spaces. We stayed one night, welcome lunch and goodbye brunch were excellent but dinner was just ok. Good itinerary for a two days one night stay. Highly recommend the new Legend Sealife ship.”

“Au niveau de l’hotel tout était proche de la perfection. Le secteur était par contre presque désert. Plusieurs commerces ont fermé leur porte voyant le peu d’affluence. Beaucoup de construction de nouveaux quartiers complets dans Ha Long. Dans quelques années cette ville sera méconnaissable ”

“The room was excellent, the front desk staff was good but Chan in particular excelled. She was so helpful, polite and friendly that it made my stay. I don't go to another country expecting them to speak English, it is the world's second choice for a language and the main language of tourism so its was a bonus that Chan spoke very good English. Great value, friendly servers for breakfast and very efficent cleaning staff. Most important to me was that it was what it appears to be on the listing....
