“Der Service war wirklich super. Besonders ihr Kollege der die Nachtschicht am 12.07.23 hatte war sehr zuvorkommend. Hat uns per Telefon zum Hotel gelotzt und der Empfang war sehr toll. Hat sich die Zeit genommen uns alles zu erklären. Sehr empfehlenswert der nächste Aufenthalt in Hannover wird immer das Hotel sein. Zimmer sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. “I was very happy with my large bed, not two twins pushed together. I'm 6' tall. Loved my lakefront terrace. I was there for a concert, and I felt very safe walking to/from by myself. Loved the vibe of this area of Germany. Only complaint is I was there during a heatwave, and I had to leave my door open for cooler air at night. Great breeze, but privacy was limited.”
