Hotel vicino a Point Dume Beach -

“Property is ill-described. This is not a hotel. This is a PCH roadside motel. No view, no lobby, no food, pool area was not clean. Funky - yes, clean- yes, spare - definitely, but not a ‘hotel’ if you need space for a private phone call. And, oh, plenty of amenity and other charges where there are none. Photos deceive. ”

“View is beautiful! We were told they would call us when our room was ready- they didn't. Reserved a balony but was given a mountain view with no balcony. When we did get a room, the ac was off and it was stuffy and above 80 in the room. We turned on the ac and after 2.5 hours it was still 80 degrees . The woman at the desk seemed annoyed when I went to notify her. She did send another woman up who was very apologetic and did offer to move us to another room. ”

“Nice ocean view room. Third flood. Staff was nice, but they need more people here. That may be everywhere though. Valets were great and the food was good in the restaurant. The ocean makes the place. Right on the beach great waves. We will come back. ”

“Hotel con tanti servizi, buona spa. Stanza con ogni confort: molto utile macchina x caffè e bollitore. Purtroppo grande lacuna nel ristorante. Cibo appena sufficiente e personale incompetente. ”

“The room was ice cold when we came in. We figured out that there were 2 thermostats one in the bedroom and one in the main area so we were able to adjust the temp. I would much rather have a nice cold room than hot one. Everything seemed very clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. It was decently quiet.The location is very walking friendly with shopping and food close by, right next door to Trader Joe's and other prepared food. The stay also includes a free breakfast.
