“Besides a shower mat that looks like it has been through some things it was a pleasant experience. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, the working was sufficient and felt my car was safe as we explored Richmond. I would definitely come back here.”

“buona la posizione, vicina alla fermata bart, safeway, autostrada. parcheggio sotto l’hotel gratuito. ci sono alcune cose che andrebbero migliorate, quali la colazione troppo esigua, le finiture quali gli infissi e la porta del bagno. per il resto abbastanza nuovi i mobili ed il letto, pulita la camera, buono il set di asciugamani, i saponi, la tv. personale cortese e sorridente.”

“The lampshade was broken in a few places wouldn’t stay upright. The bedspread had a stain and was torn. There were many flies in the room. Dead roaches on the floor. TV had to be turned on by staff, if turned off then on again no reception. Towels very small, no bath size towels. Bed had sheet but no mattress cover, uncomfy. Room smelled like smoke even though I requested non smoking. Nothing was maintained-all very low standard. Did have frig & microwave I didn’t try or use.”

“This is a fairly new, smallish hotel. The room and beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff, if I remember correctly, cleaned the room every other day, which was fine for us. The room with 2 queen beds is long and narrow, with a useful seating area at one end but not much storage, and a bit of a tight squeeze between the bed and the desk. Bathroom is nice and clean. “Convenient location, comfortable room, okay breakfast, fair value.”

“Historical property recently updated. Great location, so close to UC-Berkeley, BART and restaurants. Our only complaint was the trifecta of noise generators in our room - the wall A/C, an auxiliary A/C unit and the loudest small fridge we have ever encountered. But the shower was great, the bed was very comfortable.”

“The folks at Sens Hotel were so helpful and kind. I canceled one room on Expedia 48 hours before, but it didn't show up as canceled for Hotel Sens', or on Expedia for that matter. Sens canceled the room on their end, then Expedia showed the upcoming refund. The folks at Sens were very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely go back. The hotel is right in the middle of North Berkeley's foodie row.”

“Clean room, comfortable bed and a nice view. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Wasn’t able to try the breakfast buffet or the burger spot so can’t speak on those.”
