All Decked Out in Turton, 3 bedroom holiday home short walk to beach!

ALL DECKED OUT IN TURTON is a 3 bedroom holiday home that accommodates a maximum of 9 guests with only a short walk to the beach!

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, under bench oven with ceramic cook top, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods). Dining table with 6 chairs, other chairs available at kitchen island. Lounge with TV, DVD player, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner.

2 bathrooms - 1st bathroom is a 3 way bathroom with vanity, full size bath, walk in shower & separate w/c, 2nd bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and w/c, top loading washing machine and laundry sink.

Front deck with outdoor setting, outdoor lounge.

BBQ

Plenty of room for parking and boats.

Shed not for guests use.

No smoking inside.

Pt Turton has a Tavern, excellent boat ramp and jetty, there is a General Store which stocks groceries, fuel, ice, bait, take away foods, delicious fresh baked goods, PO and EFTPOS facilities.

NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond

Bed configuration - bed 1 - QB, bed 2 - Tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top) and 1 single bunk, bed 3 - QB

Pillows and quilts/doonas are provided you will need to bring all your own linen - pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat and tea towels

15% discount on off peak nightly tariff for bookings 4 nights or more

Nightly tariffs - cleaning, booking and refundable bond fees apply

Point Turton Easter stay

We journied to Point Turton for our Easter break and stayed at this house. On arrival we were greeted by an overgrown, messy front yard and lawn. Had to look twice to actually see if this was our digs. The house looked like it hadnt had any love for many years. We moved inside and at first it looked reasonably tidy, I tried to put the loungeroom blind up only to have it fall down. Flimsy cheap blinds and after reading a notes saying dont put it up as it may fall down all was explained. After looking through the entire place it was evident it was in need of some love and definately a decent cleaner. In need of some modern updates to say the least. Remote controls for tv etc, 1 missiong back cover and 1 set of batteries we had to keep swapping?? The outside deck was an accident waiting to happen, deck nails hanging out of the dry deck boards waiting for a toe to hook on not good. No hose for the tap? Who has taps and hose sprayers but no hose? Has a fish cleaning sink but no water supply unless you bucket it in? Location is great, quiet and close to the beach. Overall we had a great time but we were all disappointed by the state of the house for the money you pay.

Great little house, great location, very cozy.

The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and tidy. A few things didn’t work which was a shame but overall we had a great time!
