“Power went out on 3rd of July, I had to work on the 4th for 24 hrs. I found out at work power wouldn't be restored until Tuesday so we decided to get a hotel. Reserved thru Expedia for two days, but somehow, Holiday Inn only had us for one day. So while I'm at the house setting up generators and extension cords, one of the managers came down to the room to have my family leave at noon. They couldn't figure out what was going on u til I had to come back and explain it. It was just a stressful...

“The pool is so incredibly small. It's enclosed in a small room and is gets very loud. Not enjoyable at all.”

“Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?”

“Wish the pool was a little warmer and the hot tub needed more water. It was less then half way full. Our room had a weird drywall patch area on the wall and it was dated. Not a bad experience, just needs some updates. Breakfast was decent as well”

“This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B. “This was a great hotel. My friends and I stayed here because we were coming to town to see Chris Brown and Usher. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very spacious.”

“Loved the hotel. The breakfast was cheap ($5 per person) and had plenty of choices. The dinner at the same restaurant was also very good and priced right. They have a kids menu. My son loved the very busy pool, and had a lot of fun. My husband and I enjoyed the gym. It had everything we needed. We did our laundry a couple of times at the hotel, with no problems. The Ford museum is a few miles away so we didn’t deal with any traffic. The staff always responded promptly to anything we needed.”

“Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”
