The Homestead at Farmhouse Hunter Valley An Immersive Experience in Country Luxury

At the heart of the home lies a sparkling private pool, around which the living spaces flow seamlessly. The calming presence of water creates a serene ambiance, reflecting soft light and fostering a peaceful atmosphere throughout the day. Floor to ceiling windows frame expansive views of the manicured parkland and the golf course beyond, blurring the boundaries between indoors and out.

Inside, the interiors are a harmonious blend of natural textures and a muted coastal palette, complemented by furnishings that strike the perfect balance between softness and structure. Two fireplaces one in the main living area and the other in the formal entertaining space provide warmth and ambiance, setting the stage for cozy, fireside evenings and intimate conversations over wine. Every room is thoughtfully designed to bring people together, whether for lively meals, celebratory gatherings, or peaceful moments with loved ones in an atmosphere of understated luxury.

For those seeking a more private escape, elevate your experience by adding The Barn to your stay*. This beautifully styled loft retreat, just steps from the main residence, offers intimacy and luxurious touches throughout, including a fireplace and a cozy lounge perfect for unwinding in comfort and style. Please note the garage is not available to guests, and there is a private loft above the garage which may be occupied separately. This space is entirely self-contained, has no access to the main house or its facilities, and is not part of the guest rental.

Pool Heating:

Our pool is equipped with a heating system designed to extend the swim season and make it enjoyable during the warmer months. Pool heating operates from September through March each year.

Please note:

* As the pool is outdoors and uncovered, water temperature naturally varies with sunlight, wind, and overnight temperatures.
* While the system is maintained and operational, we"re unable to guarantee a specific water temperature at any time.
* We appreciate your understanding that heating performance is influenced by the elements, and we hope you enjoy the pool as part of the relaxed outdoor experience this property offers.
Use of the pool constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Pet Policy:

We understand pets are part of the family, and we"re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs by prior approval only.

Pet Conditions:
* Pet Fee $100
* A maximum of two small-to-medium dogs.
* Guests must bring their own dog waste bags, food bowls, bedding, and towels.
* Pets must be house-trained, kept off all furniture and bedding, and supervised at all times.
* Please clean up after your pet, including outdoor areas.
* Pets are not permitted in or around the pool area.
* Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to their pet"s stay. Any extra costs will be charged to the card on file.

We loved our stay at The Homestead at Farmhouse. The property more than measured up to our expectations. It was fresh, clean & so beautifully styled with evey detail caterd for. There are multiple areas for relaxing, you can easily find a quiet, sunny spot to put your feet up & read a book. Vintage facilities are a walkable distance away and it was handy to have "Nineteen" a short walk away for late afternoon happy hour. I would happily stay here again, next time I'm in the Hunter.
