“I left my credit card at the bar. Soon later I could not find any longer. Only to find out that it got used fraudulently for purchasing nearly 2000 Eur of electronics material in a nearby shop... . Extremely high prices for food and breakfast. Little flexibility at the reception no matter the request. Hotel to be avoided.”

“I like this hotel and its problems are typical of Mexico where there is no soundproofing concept. It always seems to live with the guests in the next room, like those upstairs and downstairs. The breakfast is much improved since my last visit 2 years ago. they say it starts at 7.30, but in reality at that time the waiters begin to set up. General speaking they should recommend to guests and to the cleaning staff in the morning, to make as little noise as possible in the rooms and common areas...
