Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Zona Rosa

“Hotel consigliatissimo, pulito e tutti molto gentili, nelle vicinanze della metro e sal centro voto 10/10”

“Location was great, staff were super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel itself was dated in many ways than one, Fairly Disappointed, room was dirty, card kept failing to work on the door and I had to go down and recharge it 4 times.”

“The place is very good, it's clean, but they should go before the non-refundable payment because there's a construction project next door and the noise is horrible ; without a refund it's impossible to change; additionally, the people who clean every day leave you a note thank you for the tip; they don't pay you or what? They don't make you a daily room; in summary it would be a good place once the construction is finished; but they should correct the cleaning staff asking for money daily.”

“We went during Formula1. The cost of even the non traditional hotels were outrageous. If you blinked you would miss the entrance of this hotel. I didn’t think twice about there not being pictures of the lobby (or non-existent lobby). The rooms did not have any towels and when we asked for them they gave us two bath towels and that’s it. No hand towels, no wash clothes, etc. We’ve stayed at many hotel rooms for what we paid at Reforma Capital Inn that were true 4 and 5 star hotels. I get it...

“Posizione strategica, struttura efficiente”

“Even woth some challenges the staff was on the spot and found solutions. Great option for a local accomodation!”

“All good! ”

“Camera pulita, buona colazione, personale gentile. Unici nei, struttura datata.”

“Excellent location and beautiful hotel! It looks newly renovated and everything was very well-kept. Staff was very helpful and they will hold your luggage for you if you arrive early. There is no early check-in allowed.”
