“No pool. Pet hair balls in the lobby. Duct taped TV remote . Toilet paper holder broken off the wall. Kitchen with zero utensils. It was completely empty. Old flat pillows. Blanket torn and tattered. Permanent living guests there smoking and drinking beer, smell of marijuana outside all hours outside my window coming in the air conditioning. Locked entry doors propped open by long term tenants. Didn’t feel safe. Very dirty. Didn’t look like the online photos”

“Spacious rooms a lot of things in walking distance Busch Garden across the street adventure Island five minutes down the street and they also had a bus that would take you to these destinations so you won’t have to pay for parking. That was really nice. The staff was very friendly and hard-working 3rd Shift concierge was very lovely.”

“The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The staff member who checked us in was very nice and helpful. It looks like the hotel has been somewhat been renovated but there are aspects that are still unfinished. The lamps and hinges have rust on them, the paint needs touched up, and the doorframe paint is chipped. ”

“The room was incredibly large & comfortable. Everything was clean and the view was to die for. Would definitely go back to this hotel. ”

“Breakfast was average, no variety of options, breakfast staff was holding food in the back, they were making loud comments when guest serve themself more than one item. For example, they brought 2 milks, 2 yogurt, two muffins, 2-3 bananas or oranges, 2-3 cereals. Making the breakfast bar always run empty. People waiting for more; or ask them for breakfast items both ladies attitude were rude or upset. Rooms very clean. Beds were super hard! Location was excellent tons of restaurants in the area....

“Internet was fast. Rooms were spacious. Beds were terrific. Pool was nice. Breakfast could have been better. Shuttle to Busch Gardens was broken without notice. That was a big reason we chose this hotel. ”
