This is a very nice house with a fantastic location right in the heart of Cala San Vincenc - there are 5 bedrooms downstairs, 2 have in suite bathrooms, and 1 other bathroom. AC and a washing machine downstairs too. Upstairs is a small kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, and nice big living/dining room with a big built-in couch for probably 10 people. Beds are comfy and rooms are nice. Its across the street from a restaurant but has double glass so pretty quiet.Outside is a nice but small and clean pool, an outdoor eating area, and a bunch of loungers for relaxing. Our kids loved the pool and it was great to take a dunk in it after a day at the beach. It also has a grill so we were able to cook outside a couple of evenings. The place is a perfect location 2 or 3 blocks from the small beaches of Cala San Vincenc, and very close to restaurants, bookstore, etc downtown. The hosts were very communicative and check in/out was easy. I will note that the kitchen was almost empty and the tools (pots/pans) were not great for the luxury price that was being charged. Also, minimal soap/toilet paper etc was provided so be prepared to bring everything you need, despite the high price.Finally, we had an electrical problem for the washing machine, and no hot water our last day (a leak in the hot water heater that we alerted them to but did not hear back on the sunday).Overall a wonderful place to stay and both kids and parents had a great time. it is a bit expensive but very nice.
