Ca'n Mateu, villa con piscina privata, jacuzzi e terrazze a Pollença

Situato in un posto molto tranquillo e privato alla periferia di Pollença. Ca'n Mateu si trova nella valle della Colonya e si affaccia sul monte Puig de Maria.
Diverse terrazze circondano la casa, l'area barbecue, la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio. All'interno, distribuite su un unico piano, le camere sono luminose e con un mix di materiali tradizionali con comfort moderni. I soffitti sono con travi e i pavimenti con piastrelle in cotto. Il soggiorno è spazioso, con divani attorno al camino. C'è la televisione satellitare, apparecchiature audio CD e DVD. La cucina è ben attrezzata ed è molto spaziosa. Le 4 camere da letto sono con due letti singoli e un bagno.
Pollença è una città ricca di tradizioni con feste celebri come le processioni della Settimana Santa del Calvario, la festa dei Mori e dei Cristiani e "La Patrona" (dal 27 luglio al 2 agosto). Ogni domenica mattina c'è un bel mercato nella piazza principale. Oltre alle varie gallerie d'arte, l'offerta culturale della città durante l'estate è molto abbondante, evidenziando il famoso festival musicale internazionale di Pollença, dove ogni settimana durante i mesi estivi si esibisce un'orchestra, una band o un solista di fama internazionale. Tra i luoghi più pittoreschi della città ci sono il "Puig de Maria" e il Calvario con la sua scala di 365 gradini. Pollença è anche il punto di partenza per numerose bellissime escursioni nella Sierra de Tramuntana. Anche la famosa penisola di Formentor, la baia di Sant Vicenç e il porto di Pollença appartengono allo stesso comune e sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti con l'auto.
Il noleggio della proprietà è disponibile dal 1 marzo al 31 ottobre. Il resto dell'anno non è disponibile per l'affitto.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Hatten einen guten Aufenthalt (4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Haus war sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Grillhaus war top und ermöglichte uns tolle Grillabende. Cati war für Fragen immer erreichbar und half. Können es weiterempfehlen.

Lovely Villa

This is a wonderful villa for anyone sharing. There are no ‘ double beds’ as such but all singles can be pushed together. The beds and pillows were not comfortable for everyone but mostly fine. En-suite for each bedroom was a bonus and no interior steps to catch you out. Inside eating was comfortable as we were pestered by wasps and mosquitoes so repellent needed. Air conditioning was very welcoming and efficient. Lots of cutlery and crockery. The pool was used daily. It was lovely, the steps making it easy to access for all ages. Bar b q was used often as was the table tennis table. The only down side was the access. I’m glad our hire cars weren’t any wider, but my son saw it as a challenge and my daughter got used to the car beeping warnings constantly! We know Pollensa well and we had a glorious holiday. Thank you.

Tolle Finca - Tolle Lage!

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne Ferien in dieser Finca. Die Lage ist super und die Finca ist wie auf den Bildern dargestellt: Sehr grosszügig und es hat alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr unkompliziert und rasch, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine harmonische und ruhige Finca

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und ruhigen Urlaub. Wer die Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig .Die Finca liegt sehr schön, ruhig , mit tollem Blick auf das Tramuntanagebirge, mit schönem Pool direkt am Haus. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet , es ist alles da was man braucht, es hat einfach alles super gepasst. Mit Cati hatten wir eine super Verwalterin, sehr zu vorkommend und immer bereit , wenn wir was auf dem Herzen hatten, wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Was aber anzumerken ist, es gab viele Stechmücken, bringt also Mückenspray mit.... Fazit, gerne sofort wieder ,

Great location, lovely outside space

Great villa in a rural location with plenty of privacy (even with neighbours close by). The outdoor space really made the holiday - great pool, plenty of sunbeds and seating both in the sun and shade. The inside of the villa is basic, but had everything we needed and the en-suites and air con in every room was a bonus! Overall a fantastic villa and location.

Great vacation on a lovely property

We loved our stay on the lovely property. Communication with our host worked perfectly already from the beginning. The pool is of good size and especially the whirlpool was highly appreciated in colder nights. All rooms are equiped equally. We absolutely feeled home.

Geräumige Zimmer in ruhiger Lage. Sauber und gepflegt. Allerdings lässt die Küchenausstattung zu wünschen übrig und auch die Betten mit Matratzen sind nicht einladend und bequem.

Paradise in rural Pollenca!

We have just returned from a long awaited (thanks COVID19) week stay at this villa and I don't know where to start! It was perfect for us from start to finish and in every respect! We will definitely book again! Cati, the owner, was very friendly and approachable and very easy to contact. On the one occasion we had to message her to ask something, she responded immediately. All correspondence, as well as info at the villa, was brilliant. The directions sent to find the villa were spot on and easy to follow. The location for us was superb. We don't like to be on estates or in built up areas, so the lovely rural location was perfect for us. Peaceful, relaxing, quiet and just stunning. Surrounded by mountains and fields, with only the sounds of cicadas and crickets and the tinkling of sheep bells! Bliss! The road to the villa was a bit bumpy and unsurfaced in places but easily manageable in our rental skoda fabia. It is quite narrow in places so we were glad not to have a bigger car! Car hire for us was essential, but people nearby seemed to be easily relying on a taxi. There are only a handful of villas nearby and so you feel suitably isolated and peaceful. The villas plot was lovely - really decent size and exceptionally well maintained. Good car port for shade, gates for security and lovely mature shrubs in full bloom. There was a lovely, well maintained climbing frame with slide and swing that our kids loved. The pool is fantastic- superb size, lovely and warm, always in the sun, gorgeous roman steps which were great for our youngest getting in and out. There is also a ping pong table and hot tub (which we didn't use). The surrounding area was lovely and well maintained - plenty of sun loungers and just one umbrella which cannot be moved. We thought this might be a problem as we're all fair skinned, but it really wasn't because of the shaded outdoor dining area and veranda which was lovely to sit on and had plenty of fantastic quality furniture in it. There was also a fantastic outdoor, covered bbq house including toilet and shower and washing machine etc - fabulous! The villa itself is beautiful! Very clean, tonnes of towels (including beach towels) good quality bedding and comfy beds. Air con in every room that works well and all bedrooms and huge doubles with good ensuites. We were thrilled to bits! The fireplace is gorgeous and sofas are clean and comfy. The kitchen is huge and is well stocked - had everything we needed! LOVED it all :-)

Ein wunderbarer Ort

Cati ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Der Kontakt war immer zeitnah, freundlich und verlässlich. Die Villa ist wie beschrieben, liegt abgelegen-ländlich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Von Oliven- und Feigenbäumen umgeben, anliegend an eine Schafsweide. Ein fantastischer Blick auf die Serra de Tramuntana. Rustikal und liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Großzügiger Außenbereich mit toller schattiger Terrasse. Alle vier Schlafzimmer mit Bad und WC. Nutzung des Pools und des Wirlpools einwandfrei. In der Nähe befinden sich ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Absolute Weiterempfehlung, für Familien mit Kindern absolut geeignet. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit!

Absolutly fantastic holiday in September 2019

First of all I would like to thank Cati for the great communication before and during the visit! Really easy and quick communication. Thanks a mill! The finca is located in a rural area which was perfect for us since we enjoyed the silence and the peace. There are neighbours we never heard a noise. It is not far away from Pollenca (about 5 minutes by car) and 45 minutes away from airport PMI. A rental car is definetly needed and please use Google Maps app to find the finca in addition to the information provided by the owner. The finca itself is like on the photos provided on the website. Absolutly fantastic and lovely with a view on the countryside with some mountains in the background. There is enough space for 8 people and 2 rental cars and it is also equiped well for those number of people with all things needed for the daily finca life. The terrace is covered and a large table stands in the middle, perfectly for meals or games having the awesome view on the mountain and the pool which is lighted in the evening (turns on itself at 9:15 pm) in the background. The rooms have their bath en suite which were very clean and modern. Also the barbecue station worked very well and the garden was absolutly in order. There is only one suggestion from our side: For 8 people there needs to be a coffee machine with a bigger pot to have each one a coffee before cooking new one. :) However, we highly recommend to visit this finca and enjoying great and relaxing holidays.

A relaxed rental

Such a relaxing couple of weeks soaking up the sunshine at villa Ca l'Apostol Nou. The villa is located down some quite tight, narrow country roads so having a smaller car suited us perfectly, the villa is approx 5 mins drive from Pollensa old town and around 12 mins from the nearest beach at Port de Pollenca, with two large supermarkets on route. The villa isn't completely isolated you do have neighbors to one side, and another house slightly in view to the other but it's pretty much surrounded by the dramatic Serra de Tramuntana and not overlooked. The neighborhood is v.quiet, just the gentle tinkle of the sheeps bells in the distance. The villa was equipped with everything you could possibly need! The interior accommodation is very roomy and quite basic which is perfect for families. The beds in particular (all single) are quite rudimentary, but each room does have it's own en suite which was ideal for families with small kids staying. There can be an issue with ants inside and out if you don't immediately clean up after yourselves, but daily moping and wiping down with vinegar (although a bit whiffy) seems to keep the little creatures at bay! The outside area is just great and where we spent all of our time! We ate outside every night at the long roomy dining table which is located under a covered terrace facing the pool and the fields. The pool is slightly smaller than I imagined but suited myself and my sisters family. Sadly we couldn't get the hot tub to work ......but it was actually way to hot to use anyway. We did encounter a couple of power cuts during our stay but any concerns we did have were dealt with straight away, our contact was very easy to reach and helped at any given opportunity.

Beautiful rural villa, perfect for a family escape

What a beautiful Villa. It was also a relief to see that everything looked like the pictures! The villa, pool, garden and accessories have been kept in very good condition and we were provided with everything we needed for a family of 7 (with two toddlers and three teenagers). I have put four stars for the location only because it depends on what you're after. It is very rural in beautiful scenery (Cati had sent instructions on how to find the villa) which means it is lovely and quiet. It is about a 40 min walk into Pollenca but it was too hot to attempt it during the day (early July). I think the teenagers would have preferred a location with a bit more accessibility to the town. Bikes would be very useful. Cati was very helpful and met with us on arrival. She provided her number so that we could message her if we needed anything. The kitchen is a bit dated and there was no store cupboard food at all but there are good supermarkets just a few minutes drive from the property. We ate every meal outside on the lovely big table on the covered patio. The pool was perfect and had a little shallow area that the little ones enjoyed. Very happy with our choice.

Ca l'Apostol Nou - June 2019

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful part of Spain. The location is off the beaten path and is very rural - the walk to Pollenca is about 45 minutes through the countryside and the views from the villa of the mountains is breathtaking. It's about a 15 minute drive to Port de Pollenca and Supermarkets are reasonably local - however, there are no real local amenities close to the villa. The villa is well equipped as described, although it is a little dated equipment wise. Comfortable and traditional with lots of glasses, plates, washing machine etc. We did not mind this as we spent all day every day outside enjoying the weather and the pool. At night the weather was still warm with the occasional need for a jumper or jacket. The garden and pool area is well kept, although the water a little cold on milder days. Our kids loved the pool and when it warmed up it was perfectly usable. They also loved the swings and slide and dipping into the hot-tub! The owner is very helpful and was on hand within minutes as they live very nearby. Mateo was very friendly and the couple of things we needed he was quick to assist. The only issue we had was finding the villa as it did not appear in google maps, however once we were led to it by the owner we managed to add it to the map as a pin. The roads to the villa are very small and twisty, it helps to be a confident driver so as to avoid scrapes on cars. Overall a wonderful experience within a beautiful part of Majorca - thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful property. Perfect for those wanting a quiet retreat and great for kids and those who like to spend time outside enjoying the climate. Adios!

Fantastic week

Property is great. 2 families = 10 and we had a ball. Lots of space for all. Big house all rooms ensuite. well equipped and fantastic facilities pool is spacious and kids loved the hot tub. We bbqed nearly every night. Highly recommend for its peaceful location and facilities.
