Hotel vicino a Polo Fields Golf and Country Club - Louisville

“We stayed at this hotel for a basketball tournament. Myself, daughter,and son. This morning my daughter and I woke up to what appears to be bed bug bites. I was bitten in the face, back or the head and in my shoulder. My daughter has bites in her feet this is NOT ok or acceptable!”

“The shower seal head mold also hair from somebody else the sink had hair by the faucet the front desk staff were great and they were right we did get back to $100 deposit the breakfast was okay it had a great selection to make waffles such as chocolate chips cranberries granola also had yogurt they had frosted flakes fruit loops for the different types of cereal they also had milk the coffee had vanilla creamer and hazelnut creamer and then it had flavored juices squirts for coffee we do not...
