Although the room is old,it’s liveable.The walls have cracks and the toilet bowl seat is broken. The cabinet is broken also. The hot water is not working though the staff tried to repair it. “It's really close to the mall bus stop in Marbel you could walk if you wanted to. Its also near a convience store and a short ride from the mall while being on the main drag. The rooms are small but clean and updated.”

There's just a little walk to many markets, for you to cook your own meals in the room, and the hotel will accommodate you with anything you may need in preparing your meal. “Jeamco is a very good value budget hotel. I rented a 'Deluxe' room for a few nights via an app and on arrival check-in was easy. There are stairs & a lift. My room was quite small, with a double bed, side table, coffee table, air-con & TV. The bedside table had the light switch & two powerpoints. Free wifi available. “Overall is good. You get what you pay. Very well located super-downtown close to main park dedicated to Gen. Paulino Santos , OLPGV Catholic church, malls and nice restaurants. Area is safe at night. Pros: staff is kind and helpful, the Filipino breakfast they serve is good, rooms (and the whole building) are new and well kept. All spaces are clean. Furthermore undoubtedly they offer a very reasonable price. Cons: WiFi is often not working, and when is working you have to login every time...
